Pickwick Chapter received its Charter in February 1950 and since then has been active in all aspects of the organization.
Our members range in age from late 20's to late 70's. They reside from Richmond in the West, to the Galleria in the East and from the North in Spring Branch to Sugar Land in the South. Our meetings are held on the 4th Tuesday of the month in member's homes and after the business meeting members socialize over lunch.
Pickwick was one of the "Founder Chapters" of the Annual Houston DBE Bazaar which started in 1973 and continues to the present with the Chapter taking a very active part running the White Elephant Stall, and selling British Stamps, Lavender items and Christmas puddings.
